Refunds and Returns

Overview

Since the client received the personal service of receiving regular work-in-progress updates and collaborating on the work’s creation, a request for a refund is extremely rare. But if in the end, the work is unacceptable, all fees will be refunded in full with the artist retaining the piece for their portfolio.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you will be given an address to send to.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once the item is received, a refund will be sent. 

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
